See Charlie for details and schedule a use.  Rental fee is $50 for a 24 hour period with a $50 refundable damage deposit.   Please leave the club house as clean as you find it.

Impending Project

The board has requested quotes from contractors to replace all the wood and aluminum frames, glass windows and doors on the south (pool) side of the clubhouse. The hinges on the current clubhouse doors are soon expected to break catastrophically. We'd like to change these out before it becomes an emergency. Estimated Cost: $9,500.
